In tune Parenting method -teaching parents

Hi , I’m Helen .

I’m Mummy to Kevin who’s 9 , and Laura who’s 5 , Liliana (Lily) who is 2 and wife to Simon.

I graduated with a distinction in child development and early childhood education. I hold a diploma in Life Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming , Mindfulness facilitation , cognitive behaviour therapy , child psychology and hypnotherapy and am currently a student of Gary Craig’s Optimal EFT instruction .

In Tune Parenting is an online life coaching service for parents.

I will be releasing my 6 week program mid-May 2018.

And also offer one on one parent coaching via skype , and group parent coaching via zoom.

I combine my knowledge of child development and experience working with children and as a parent , with my knowledge of NLP (neuro linguistic programming ), cognitive behavioural therapy , child psychology , child development and mindfulness to deliver a program which helps parents reach their individual goals for excellence in parenting.
